The Stand-In cabinet jack gives you the freedom to focus on your core business while providing your customers a high-quality, low-frustration support, warranty, or returns experience.

Returns Made Easy!  Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase if necessary.

LIMITED WARRANTY: We pride ourselves on workmanship, & quality of our products. The Stand-in cabinet jack comes with a 90 day limited warranty from date of purchase.

Should your Stand-In cabinet jack prove defective during the warranty period, please contact Stand-In for warranty repair instructions and return authorization. A Stand-In service representative will determine whether the Stand-In cabinet jack needs service or is defective. Stand-In will at its option repair or exchange the parts for the Stand-In without charge for parts or labor during the warranty period.

Return the defective Stand-In including the logo and purchase receipt with a check for $40.00 (US Funds) for shipping & handling and a note of where to ship the replacement or repaired Stand-In.

In exchange for the defective unit, Stand-In will ship a replacement part or complete Stand-In cabinet jack to you freight prepaid so long as you use an address in the United States. Ida Dr. Littleton, CO. 80123 The Stand-In would like your experience to be a good one and we ask that you take care of your Stand-In cabinet jack with the following suggestions; Do not leave your Stand-In out in the weather, rain, snow or sun, do not stack other tools or materials on top of your Stand-In cabinet jack, do not use your Stand-In cabinet jack for purposes other than to install cabinetry, use a lightweight lubricant on hinge points as needed, keep sand and dirt away from Stand-In cabinet jack. Treat your Stand-In cabinet jack with respect and it should last a lifetime.

Legalese: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. We’re not really sure what that means, but lawyers are smart so we do what they say.
